The DLC link is not on that page but in the personal Library link. When I clock on the DLC, it lists the Season Pass but it lists the price too, as if I never bought it. I don't know where to look to see it included. I bought the game and the DLC pack/Season Pass. Oddly enough, I don't even think it is an issue with anything on my PC either. It will only let me log back in after I have restarted my PC. I have also been getting this weird error (and have no idea what is causing it) where after awhile, I will try to log into, but it will continuelly spit me back at the home page and not log me in. Though, my ticket to 2K has not been replied to yet. Maybe they are actively trying to fix it right now, who knows. Well, almost halfway through reinstalling now.

I wonder if you have to physically have the game installed in order for the code to show up? That would be utter BS, but. I decided to uninstall the game and try to reinstall, and for some reason now I am getting the white box instead of a code. Either way, my particular issue appears to be sorted out. So, I'm not sure if they're actively fixing problems as I type this or if something else happened. That code was then accepted by the Steam Product Activation wizard and now the DLC appears under my Bioshock Infinite entry in Steam. I then had to select 'Steam/PC' from a selection menu at the bottom of that same screen and a new, unique code was spat out. Now, instead of showing me the old invalid code was a message stating that one Steam item was pending. I was half way through entering a new ticket to 2K Games, when I decided to check the 'My Rewards' page on the finkmanufacturing site again. After scratching my head and wondering if I had somehow screwed up the code I entered, I confirmed that Xcom: Enemy Unknown had indeed been entered into my library.and the IR DLC was still not showing up under Bioshock Infinite.
